After a walkthrough and signed agreement, most clients are onboarded within 3–5 business days. For urgent situations, we can sometimes accommodate faster starts.

Products & Safety
We use EPA-approved, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. For medical and childcare facilities, we use hospital-grade disinfectants specifically approved for sensitive environments and vulnerable populations.
Yes. We can accommodate fragrance-free and low-VOC product requests for offices with sensitivities or for facilities that require it, such as medical offices and daycares.
Yes. For childcare facilities, we use child-safe, EPA-approved formulations that are effective against pathogens while being non-toxic for children. We allow full dwell time and ensure surfaces are dry before children return.
Scheduling & Operations
Yes. Most of our commercial clients prefer evening or early morning cleaning so their operations aren't disrupted. We work around your schedule.
Yes. We're flexible with scheduling changes given reasonable notice. Your account manager is your direct point of contact for any adjustments.
